The day/night indicator is an aperture, located here at 12 o’clock, which displays a sun or moon depending on the time of day, on a disc completing a full rotation in 24 hours. Inspired by traditional astronomical complications, it is a decorative and poetic display. On this Alba, the sun and moon follow one another across a lovely starry blue sky.
Is it a true moon phase?
This is a day/night indicator (sun and moon) and not a moon phase in the strict horological sense: the disc follows a 24-hour cycle, whereas a moon phase reproduces the lunar cycle of around 29.5 days. The spirit remains the same nevertheless — that of celestial complications, in a charming and accessible interpretation.

After-sales service is free. Shipping fees outside the United Arab Emirates remain the responsibility of the customer.
Authentication Process
Each watch is examined by our partner watchmakers before being offered for sale: verification of authenticity, checking the conformity of the components, identification of any modification or replacement of original parts.
If any element has been replaced during the life of the watch (dial, hands, crown, Crystal, strap), we systematically indicate it in the product sheet. You buy knowing the exact history of your piece.
Certificate of Authenticity
Your Atelier Victor invoice serves as a certificate of authenticity: it attests to the origin and conformity of the piece, and is covered by our lifetime authenticity guarantee — if a piece sold by Atelier Victor were found to be non-authentic, it would be fully refunded, with no time limit.
