Each package is checked and then sealed by the carrier before shipping. If the packaging shows apparent damage upon delivery, it should be refused from the carrier: the package then remains under their responsibility, which simplifies the handling of the case.

If it could not be refused — for example, if the package was delivered in your absence — or if the damage only becomes apparent upon opening, it is necessary to film the opening in one continuous shot, with the package still sealed at the start of the video.
