RETURN
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item does not give you complete satisfaction, you have 14 days after receipt to return the item and choose between a refund or a credit valid for 2 years on the entire store.

New watch straps cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been mounted on a watch or if they show any signs of handling.
If you ask us to install your new strap on a watch before shipping, the item will be considered a final customization and cannot be returned or exchanged, even if this installation is at your request.
