TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES

For exported items, taxes such as VAT and customs duties are not applied at the time of purchase but will be payable upon delivery. These fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. RETURN POLICY

Atelier Victor accepts returns within a period of 14 days for all shipped orders.

The delivery fees as well as any potential import fees related to the return remain the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

The 5% transaction fees applied to payments made by credit card are non-refundable.

CONDITIONS FOR IN-PERSON PURCHASES

According to the legislation, watches retrieved directly in person cannot be returned or exchanged.
