Following an inspection by a specialist, we guarantee all our pens for 1 year.

Atelier Victor commits to covering and paying for the repairs of your pen in case of malfunction.

However, the warranty excludes anomalies resulting from:
- water / humidity
- impact
- any non-compliant use
