How to measure your wrist
- Use a flexible tape measure or a string.
- Measure at the wrist bone, without tightening.
- Record your measurement in the table below.
Which size to choose?
Add between 0.5 and 1.5 cm to your wrist circumference:
+0.5 cm → snug fit
+1 cm → comfortable fit
+1.5 cm → loose fit
