GLOBAL DELIVERY SERVICE

Atelier Victor is pleased to offer you an international shipping service. Each shipment is insured and requires a signature upon receipt to ensure the security of your precious purchase. For added security, delivery to a relay point will be favored.

SPEED AND EFFICIENCY

We are committed to shipping your order within 48 business hours. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 6 days for all international destinations, and 1 to 2 days for deliveries within the UAE.

If you prefer a hand-delivered option, we welcome you by appointment at our offices located at The Meydan Hotel, Grandstand, Dubai, U.A.E.

COST TRANSPARENCY

The delivery charges include careful packaging, insurance for maximum security, and shipping costs.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES

For exported items, taxes such as VAT and customs duties are not applied at the time of purchase but will be payable upon delivery. These fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Therefore, we recommend that buyers inquire about any potential fees. The shipping origin of each product is specified on its description sheet.

FLEXIBLE RETURN POLICY

Atelier Victor accepts returns within 14 days for all shipped orders. We understand that it is important for you to have the option to change your mind.

Shipping fees are not refundable, nor is the 5% transaction fee for credit card payments. 

CONDITIONS FOR IN-PERSON PURCHASES

According to legislation, watches purchased/collected directly in person at our showroom cannot be returned or exchanged.
