WARRANTY CONDITIONS

However, please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Exposure to water or humidity
• Impact, shock, or excessive vibrations
• Demagnetization
• Normal wear or damage to components such as the strap, the crystal, pushers, or the crown
• Battery replacement for quartz movements
• Opening/dismantling of the watch, even by a professional
• Improper use or non-compliance with our recommendations

We do not provide authenticity certificates from sources other than the watchmaking houses themselves, as their value would be uncertain. However, each watch is accompanied by a purchase invoice attesting to its origin from our establishment. This invoice constitutes solid proof of purchase and offers you a compliance guarantee in line with the standards of the Consumer Code. We are committed to shipping your order within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 4 days for all international destinations, and 1 to 2 days for deliveries within the UAE.

FLEXIBLE RETURN POLICY

According to legislation, watches purchased/collected directly in person at our showroom cannot be returned or exchanged.
