This Seiko Elnix vintage watch, reference 0703-8040, is a fascinating and little-known piece, with a stainless steel case from the 1970s and a superb green gradient dial with a “tapestry” texture. The Elnix belongs to a rare horological category: neither fully mechanical nor quartz, it embodies a missing link in the history of Seiko, just before the quartz revolution.
