This Seiko Galaxy, reference V701-6K90, was produced in Japan in the early 1990s. Its name is no accident: the black dial features a guilloché pattern of concentric circles evoking a galaxy in motion, a visual hallmark that makes it one of the most expressive Seiko quartz models of the period.
The contrast between the deep black of the dial and the golden accents — applied Seiko logo, "Galaxy" inscription at 6 o’clock, indexes and baton hands — gives this piece a dressed character without ostentation.
