Seiko Exceline vintage: a dress watch in steel with a linen dial
This vintage Seiko Exceline watch is a delicate dress piece with a steel cushion case and a refined silver dial with a linen texture. From Seiko's feminine Exceline line, it captivates with its soft silhouette and understated elegance. Its compact size makes it an ideal watch for a slender wrist. The silver dial, with its fine linen texture that gently catches the light, highlights slender applied baton hour markers, the Seiko signature beneath 12 o'clock, and the name “Exceline.” Delicate hands sweep across the whole, including a central seconds hand, for clear and elegant timekeeping. A luminous and dressy dial, in the great tradition of Japanese women's watches.
This Seiko is powered by the 1F21 quartz caliber, a reliable and precise analog movement that equipped the brand's dressy feminine lines. It runs on a battery and continues Seiko's heritage as a quartz pioneer with the 1969 Astron. A controlled movement, guaranteeing precise everyday operation without burdensome mechanical maintenance.
With its 22mm case and very slim profile (5.7mm), and its steel cushion shape, this watch offers a delicate and dressy presence, ideal for a slender wrist. The dial, hands and the Crystal are in excellent condition. It is fitted on a handmade black leather strap, not original, with a steel Buckle.
