A gold-plated Seiko Noie round, white dial with Arabic numerals and blued hands
The 25 mm round case is 6 mm thick. Its polished, wide and domed bezel frames the Crystal with a continuous ring; two rounded lugs, extending from the case middle, receive the strap at the top and bottom. The gold plating, patinated by time on the edges, retains its shine on the polished surfaces. The steel caseback bears the piece reference.
The white dial bears twelve black Arabic numerals, with slender curves, occupying the entire circumference of the dial. Two blued steel baton hands provide the reading. The Seiko signature is printed below 12 o'clock, the golden monogram of the Noie line above 6 o'clock; no window, no seconds hand.
The calibre 1F21 is a two-jewel, two-hand Japanese quartz movement. The serial number places production in March, with the year estimated as 1999.
The original gold-tone crown is recessed into the case middle at 3 o'clock. The watch is fitted with its original brown stitched leather strap, fastened by a non-original steel Buckle. With 30 mm of Lug-to-lug and 12 mm of Lug width, it is suited to a feminine wrist.

Why are the hands blue?
The hands are in blued steel, a treatment that gives steel this deep blue hue; they are original and are legible in contrast against the white dial.

No, the case is gold-plated over a steel back. The plating shows patina born of time on the edges, visible in the photos.
Is the strap original?
Yes. The brown stitched leather strap is the one from the watch; the steel Buckle was fitted as a replacement. The 12 mm Lug width allows for easy changing.

After-sales service is free. Shipping fees outside the United Arab Emirates remain the responsibility of the customer.

Each watch is examined by our partner watchmakers before being offered for sale: verification of authenticity, checking the conformity of the components, identification of any modification or replacement of original parts.
If any element has been replaced during the life of the watch (dial, hands, crown, Crystal, strap), we systematically indicate it in the product sheet. You buy knowing the exact history of your piece.

Your Atelier Victor invoice serves as a certificate of authenticity: it attests to the origin and conformity of the piece, and is covered by our lifetime authenticity guarantee — if a piece sold by Atelier Victor were found to be non-authentic, it would be fully refunded, with no time limit.
Free delivery
Delivery is free on all our pieces internationally. Dispatch within 48 to 72 business hours by DHL Express, Emirates Post, EMS or an equivalent carrier depending on the destination, delivery within 2 to 14 business days. Each shipment is insured and delivered against signature.
