What originality!
Here is a Uti from the 1970s with a stainless steel case made of several interlayered layers that gives it such a unique look!

It strongly reminds us of the Piaget Beta 21!

A few words about the brand:
The Fabrique d'Horlogerie Charles Couleru-Meuri seems to have been created in 1848 in La Chaux-de-Fonds and was the instrument that allowed the launch of the UTI brand years later. It produced all kinds of watches and meters, including the "Mascotte" cyclometers that were mounted on bicycle wheels. It also produced "8-day" watches under the OCTO brand, a brand that was taken over by Ernest Tolck and still existed in the 1960s.

Why did I decide to present this vintage to you?
• of course, its atypical case
• the quality of its movement for the price
• its simple and effective dial
• its "tank" style crown
