Pobeda (in Russian: Победа, meaning "Victory") is an emblematic Russian brand, founded in 1945 to celebrate the Soviet victory in World War II. Originally produced at the Kirov watch factory in Saint Petersburg, Pobeda watches quickly won over the public thanks to their robustness, reliability, and accessible design.

Designed to be affordable and durable, Pobeda watches were long among the only ones accessible to the population of the USSR. Equipped with manual mechanical movements, they were easy to maintain and resistant to daily use.
