Every watch sold by Atelier Victor comes with a one-year warranty on the mechanism, validated following a rigorous inspection by our expert watchmakers.

Additionally, a lifetime warranty on authenticity of each of our items.

COMPLETE COVERAGE

In the event of a malfunction, Atelier Victor commits to repairing your watch at our expense, ensuring your peace of mind. Shipping costs related to after-sales service outside the United Arab Emirates remain the responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

However, please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Exposure to water or moisture
• Impact, shock, or excessive vibrations
• Demagnetization
• Normal wear or damage to components such as the strap, the Crystal, pushers, or crown
• Battery replacement for quartz movements
• Opening/disassembly of the watch, even by a professional
• Improper use or non-compliance with our recommendations
  

The accuracy of vintage watches may vary depending on their model, movement, and year of production. The acceptable tolerance level for each watch is determined by Atelier Victor. Consequently, the warranty cannot be applied if the customer's request concerns an accuracy improvement deemed tolerable by Atelier Victor.

During this meticulous process, our watchmaker not only verifies authenticity but also strives to identify any modifications to the original parts. If replacements have been made, these details will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

TRANSPARENCY AND TRUST

We do not provide authenticity certificates from sources other than the watchmaking houses themselves, as their value would be uncertain. However, each watch is accompanied by a purchase invoice attesting to its origin from our establishment. This invoice constitutes solid proof of purchase and offers you a compliance guarantee in line with the standards of the Consumer Code. Thus, you are assured of the quality and authenticity of your acquisition.

GLOBAL DELIVERY SERVICE

Atelier Victor is pleased to offer you an international shipping service. Each shipment is insured and requires a signature upon receipt to ensure the security of your precious purchase. For added security, delivery to a relay point will be favored.

SPEED AND EFFICIENCY

We are committed to shipping your order within 48-72 business hours. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 6 days for all international destinations. A courier delivery is offered in Dubai for certain products.

SHOWROOM PICK-UP OPTION

If you prefer a hand delivery, we welcome you by appointment at our offices located at The Meydan Hotel Dubai or in Dubai Downtown, UAE.

TRANSPARENCY OF FEES

Delivery fees include careful packaging, insurance for maximum security, and shipping costs.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES

For exported items, taxes, such as VAT and customs duties, are not applied at the time of purchase but will be payable upon delivery. These fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. We therefore recommend that buyers inquire about any potential fees. The shipping origin of each product is specified on its description sheet.

RETURN POLICY

Atelier Victor accepts returns within 14 days following the receipt of the order, provided the item is returned in the same condition as when it was sent, with all boxes, accessories, documents. Otherwise, no refund can be made.

The return costs as well as any import fees remain the responsibility of the customer and are not subject to any refund.

The outward shipping costs, corresponding to the actual cost borne by Atelier Victor, are not refundable. The transaction fees of approximately 5% related to payments by credit card and certain bank transfers are also non-refundable.

In case of hesitation before purchase, we recommend payment by bank transfer.

IN-PERSON PURCHASES

Items handed over directly in person cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
