Dreffa Genève Moon Phase Chronograph (1950s)
This pre-owned Dreffa Genève watch is a vintage watch made in Switzerland in the 1950s. Considered as part of an antique watch purchase, it features a 37mm gold-plated case housing sought-after watch complications. Its original light dial, displaying a warm-toned patina, incorporates a bicompax chronograph, a red-tipped central hand date display, day and month indications in two apertures, as well as a moon phase indicator at six o'clock. Powered by the Landeron 186 hand-wound mechanical movement, this second-hand watch bears witness to the technical savoir-faire of the mid-20th century. After-sales service is free. Shipping fees outside the United Arab Emirates remain the responsibility of the customer.

Each watch is examined by our partner watchmakers before being sold: authenticity, component conformity, identification of any modifications or replacement of original parts.
If elements have been replaced (dial, hands, crown, bracelet), it is indicated in the product sheet.
