This vintage Caswatch watch bears a name that left behind only its watches: Caswatch, a 1970s brand for which neither the house nor the catalog is documented, Swiss Made on the dial, like hundreds of small assembly brands of the period that dressed Swiss movements under their own name. Its Super Dato says everything about its decade without needing a signature: a sunburst blue dial encircled by a brushed silver ring, red hour markers, an orange seconds hand, the date in a window at three o'clock, and a 38mm steel case with a wide bezel, a generous size for a de ville watch from those years. A mechanical watch with hand-wound movement, Antimagnetic, fitted on its original strap.
Its original dial is read in three circles: at the center, a sunburst blue field bearing the signature, Super Dato and Antimagnetic; around it, a brushed silvered ring; on the outside, a blue chapter ring crossed by red markers for the hours and white markers for the minutes, stretching toward the edge like rays. Two original white baton hands, an orange seconds hand, and at three o'clock a date window framed in metal. Swiss Made at the bottom.
The 38mm steel case, 44mm Lug-to-lug and 10mm thick, features a wide polished bezel and angular lugs, with a steel caseback, an original fluted crown and an acrylic Crystal. The Swiss mechanical hand-wound movement, antimagnetic, has been checked by our partner watchmakers and is guaranteed for one year. The watch is fitted on its original strap in burgundy leather, with its original Buckle.

Is the strap really original?
