• Normal wear or damage to components such as the strap, the crystal, pushers, or the crown
• Battery replacement for quartz movements
• Opening/dismantling of the watch, even by a professional
• Improper use or non-compliance with our recommendations

We do not provide authenticity certificates from sources other than the watchmaking houses themselves, as their value would be uncertain. However, each watch is accompanied by a purchase invoice attesting to its origin from our establishment. This invoice constitutes solid proof of purchase and offers you a compliance guarantee in line with the standards of the Consumer Code. GLOBAL DELIVERY SERVICE

Atelier Victor is pleased to offer you an international shipping service. Each shipment is insured and requires a signature upon receipt to ensure the security of your precious purchase. For added security, delivery to a relay point will be favored.

We are committed to shipping your order within 48 business hours. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 6 days for all international destinations, and 1 to 2 days for deliveries within the UAE.

Atelier Victor accepts returns within 14 days for all shipped orders. We understand that it is important for you to have the option to change your mind.

Shipping fees are not refundable, nor is the 5% transaction fee for credit card payments.

According to legislation, watches purchased/collected directly in person at our showroom cannot be returned or exchanged.
