• Normal wear or damage to components such as the strap, the crystal, pushers, or the crown
• Battery replacement for quartz movements
• Opening/dismantling of the watch, even by a professional
• Improper use or non-compliance with our recommendations

We do not provide authenticity certificates from sources other than the watchmaking houses themselves, as their value would be uncertain. However, each watch is accompanied by a purchase invoice attesting to its origin from our establishment. GLOBAL DELIVERY SERVICE

Atelier Victor is pleased to offer you an international shipping service. Each shipment is insured and requires a signature upon receipt to ensure the security of your precious purchase. For added security, delivery to a relay point will be favored.

We are committed to shipping your order within 48 business hours. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 6 days for all international destinations, and 1 to 2 days for deliveries within the UAE.

Shipping fees are not refundable, nor is the 5% transaction fee for credit card payments.

According to legislation, watches purchased/collected directly in person at our showroom cannot be returned or exchanged.
