However, please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Exposure to water or moisture
- Impact, shock, or excessive vibrations
- Demagnetization
- Normal wear or damage to components such as the strap, the Crystal, pushers, or crown
- Battery replacement for quartz movements
- Opening/disassembly of the watch, even by a professional
- Improper use or non-compliance with our recommendations
The accuracy of vintage watches may vary depending on their model, movement, and year of production. The acceptable tolerance level for each watch is determined by Atelier Victor. Consequently, the warranty cannot be applied if the customer's request concerns an accuracy improvement deemed tolerable by Atelier Victor.
